JB/T 4261-2019 was issued by MIIT on 2 August 2019 and has been in force since 1 April 2020.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4261-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended machinery industry standard of China that fixes the terminology used for the auxiliaries of low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies. It gives general terms together with terms for product names, structural parts, performance, and testing and inspection. Its subject is low-voltage switchgear and control equipment accessory products, and it is meant to serve the drafting and revision of standards, technical documentation and the compilation and translation of professional manuals for people engaged in the production, research and use of electrical accessories.
