2 Scope
This standard is the specifications part of the Chinese machinery industry standard on straight bevel gear planing machines. It sets the requirements for the design, the manufacture, the inspection and the acceptance of these machines. It applies to straight bevel gear planers of ordinary grade and precision grade and to numerically controlled ones, with a maximum workpiece diameter of 125 mm to 1600 mm.
