JB/T 4177.2-2019 is the accuracy part of the Chinese machinery industry standard on straight bevel gear planing machines.
It gives the inspection requirements, the inspection methods and the tolerances for the geometric accuracy of the machine, for the positioning accuracy and the repeatability of its numerically controlled axes, and for the working accuracy.
The part covers straight bevel gear planers of ordinary grade and precision grade together with numerically controlled ones, with a maximum workpiece diameter of 125 mm to 1600 mm.
The recommended standard is classified J56 and quotes GB/T 8170-2008, GB/T 11365-1989, GB/T 17421.1-1998, GB/T 17421.2-2016, JB/T 9990.1-2011 and JB/T 9990.2-2011.
It replaces JB/T 4177.2-1999. Issued on 2 May 2019, it has applied since 1 January 2020.

2 Scope
JB/T 4177.2-2019 is the accuracy part of the Chinese machinery industry standard on straight bevel gear planing machines.
