1 Foreword

JB/T 4145.1-2017 was issued by MIIT on 9 January 2017 and has been in force since 1 July 2017.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4145.1-1999.

It is one of 3 parts of the JB/T 4145 series.

2 Scope

JB/T 4145.1-2017 is the first part of the Chinese machinery industry standard for floor-type surface grinding machines used to grind slideways, and it deals with accuracy testing. It sets the geometric accuracy and working accuracy requirements for machines of normal accuracy, the methods by which they are inspected and the tolerances that apply. It quotes GB/T 17421.1. It replaces JB/T 4145.1-1999, the number having covered slideway grinders since JB 4145-1985. The standard carries the Chinese classification J55 and the international classification 25.080.50, and is issued as a recommended standard of the machinery industry.
