JB/T 4030.1-2013 is the English-translated version of 汽车起重机和轮胎起重机试验规范 第1部分：作业可靠性试验.
JB/T 4030.1-2013 is the first part of the Chinese recommended machinery industry standard on test codes for truck cranes and wheel cranes, and it covers the operating reliability test.
The standard states the test conditions and the requirements for the test prototype, the test methods, the way the test conclusion is reached, the classification of faults and the content of the test report.
It applies to truck cranes and wheel cranes. This edition replaces JB/T 4030.1-2000, is classified J80 in the Chinese system and 53.020.20 in the international one, and was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The two documents it quotes are GB/T 5905-2011 and GB/T 6068.

JB/T 4030.1-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4030.1-2000.
It is one of 5 parts of the JB/T 4030 series.
2 Scope
This standard is the first part of the Chinese recommended machinery industry standard on test codes for truck cranes and wheel cranes, and it covers the operating reliability test. The standard states the test conditions and the requirements for the test prototype, the test methods, the way the test conclusion is reached, the classification of faults and the content of the test report. It applies to truck cranes and wheel cranes. This edition replaces JB/T 4030.1-2000, is classified J80 in the Chinese system and 53.020.20 in the international one, and was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
