Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 14743-1993 "Port Crane tire technology" and GB/T 14744-1993 "Port Tire Crane Test methods. " The integration of the revised standard GB/T 14743-1993 and GB/T 14744-1993. This standard and GB/T 14743-1993 and GB/T 14744-1993 main changes are as follows:

--- Removed by crane lifting reel and fall on the way the product classification;

--- Cranes up to 80t (see Table 1);

--- Modify the basic parameters of the crane (see Table 2);

--- Modify the working-level crane slewing mechanism provisions (see Table 4);

4.3.20 and 5.13);

1 Scope

GB/T 14743-2009 is the Chinese national standard on port of wheel crane, in the field of services and company organization. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it.
