Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces JB/T 20088-2006. Compared with JB/T 20088-2006, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows.

--- Modified the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2006 edition);

--- Delete the terms of cutter pad type, linear reciprocating type, swing reciprocating type, and tray isolation type (see 3.2~3.5 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the classification (see 4.1, 4.1 of the 2006 edition);

--- Deleted the specification series (see 4.2 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the mark (see 4.2, 4.3 of the 2006 edition);

--- Revised the material requirements (see 5.1.1, 5.1.1 of the 2006 edition);

--- Revised the requirements for the effective width of the cutter (see 5.3.2, 5.2.2 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the quality requirements of the cutter (see 5.4, 5.3 of the 2006 edition);

--- Revised the requirements for leakage prevention of the enclosure (see 5.5.3, 5.4.3 of the 2006 edition);

--- Revised the requirements for the lubrication system (see 5.5.4, 5.4.4 of the 2006 edition);

--- Deleted the maximum cutting speed (see 5.5.2 of the 2006 version);

--- Modified the electrical safety requirements (see 5.8, 5.7 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the noise test (see 6.6.3, 6.5.3 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified the electrical safety test (see 6.8, 6.7 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modified the factory inspection (see 7.2, 7.2 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modified sampling (see 7.3.3, 7.3.3 of the 2006 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, instruction manuals, packaging, transportation Loss and storage.

This standard applies to Chinese herbal medicine cutting machines (hereinafter referred to as "cutting machines").
