JB/T 20044-2014 is the English-translated version of 回流式提取浓缩机组.
JB/T 20044-2014 is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the reflux extracting concentrator unit, plant used in the extraction of active substances in medicine manufacture.
It fixes the classification and marking of the unit, its requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions on marks, instructions, packaging, transport and storage.
It applies to units carrying out solvent extraction with reflux and the concentration that follows. Because the unit contains pressure vessels, it cites GB 150.1-2011 to GB 150.4-2011, GB 151-1999, JB/T 4711, NB/T 47003.1-2009 and TSG R0004-2009, along with GB/T 3836.1-2010, GB/T 5226.1-2008 and GB/T 24342.
It replaces JB/T 20044-2005. Issued on 9 July 2014, it has applied since 1 November 2014.
