JB/T 10741-2018 was issued by MIIT on 21 December 2018 and has been in force since 1 October 2019.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 10741-2007.
2 Scope
This standard is the Chinese mechanical industry standard giving the technical specification for the primary charging roller of laser printers. It covers the classification of the roller, its technical requirements, the test methods and inspection rules, and the marking, packaging, transport and storage. It applies to contact charging type charging rollers for personal and office laser printers, plain paper fax machines and laser multifunction machines.
