If there is no need for conversion, the measured concentration will be used for evaluation.

b) The exhaust gas emission rate assessment shall be calculated using the measured concentration.

c) The exhaust gas monitoring data should list the standard exhaust gas flow rate, oxygen content (when conversion is required), measured concentration, and converted concentration (when conversion is required).

d) The waste gas pollutants are calculated based on the single effective evaluation data for the efficiency of treatment facilities, and the efficiency of treatment facilities is calculated according to the amount of pollutants imported and exported.

(exhaust gas flow × pollutant concentration) to calculate.

e) If the actual water discharge per unit product exceeds the benchmark water discharge per unit product, the measured water pollutant concentration shall be determined according to GB 3544.

The formula is converted into the benchmark water discharge concentration of water pollutants, and the benchmark water discharge concentration of water pollutants is used to determine whether the discharge is basis for compliance.

f) The efficiency of the treatment facility is calculated based on the daily average concentration of wastewater pollutants; if the inlet and outlet of the treatment facility are not in one-to-one correspondence, the amount of pollutants entering and exiting the treatment facility (water volume × pollutant concentration) is used to calculate the treatment efficiency; when the treatment unit enters and exits the water when the amount is the same, the concentration value can be directly used to calculate the treatment efficiency.
