Scope
HG/T 4826-2015 is the English-translated version of 工业碱式氯化铜.
HG/T 4826-2015 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for basic copper chloride of industrial grade, the salt also named copper chloride hydroxide. It sets the requirements for the product, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions covering marking, labelling, packaging, transport and storage. The material it describes goes into wood preservatives, serves as a preparation material for paint, and is a starting point for other copper salts. Sieving uses the test sieves of GB/T 6003.1-2012, sampling and the treatment of numerical results follow GB/T 6678 and GB/T 8170, and the solutions are prepared to HG/T 3696.1, HG/T 3696.2 and HG/T 3696.3 with water to GB/T 6682-2008. Issued on 14 July 2015, it has applied since 1 January 2016.
