HG/T 4561-2013 is the English-translated version of 不饱和聚酯腻子.
HG/T 4561-2013 is a recommended chemical industry standard of China dealing with unsaturated polyester putty, the filler commonly known simply as putty. It sets the product grades and their requirements and gives the test methods, the inspection rules and the rules on marking, packaging and storage. The products in scope are two-component putties made up of a base component and a hardener. Its checks refer to quoted standards including GB/T 1727-1992, GB/T 1732-1993, GB/T 1735, GB/T 5210-2006, GB/T 9258.1-2000 and GB/T 9271-2008. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the document, which carries Chinese classification G51 and international classification 87.040. Issued on 17 October 2013, it has applied since 1 March 2014.
