Part 10 of the acid spill series, HG/T 4335.10-2012 is a recommended chemical industry standard of China devoted to fluorosilicic acid. It sets out the physical and chemical properties of the acid and the hazards it presents, then the emergency measures for a leak and the way the leaking site is treated and the spilt material disposed of. It applies where fluorosilicic acid escapes during production, handling, use, storage or transport. Protective equipment and labelling standards are quoted for use with it, including GB 2890, GB 12268-2005, GB/T 18664-2002, GB 20266, GB/T 24536-2009 and AQ 6102. Issued on 28 December 2012, it has applied since 1 June 2013.
