Scope
HG/T 4311-2012 is the English-translated version of 工业氯化铬.
HG/T 4311-2012 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for chromium chloride of industrial grade, the trivalent chromium trichloride. Requirements, test methods, inspection rules and the rules for marking, labelling, packaging, transport and storage are all fixed in it. The material it covers is used first of all in trivalent chromium electroplating and in the manufacture of other chromium compounds. It quotes GB/T 191-2008, GB/T 6678, GB/T 6682-2008, GB/T 8170 and the three parts of HG/T 3696. Chinese classification G12 and international classification 71.060.50 place it among inorganic salts. Issued on 7 November 2012, it has applied since 1 March 2013.
