HG/T 4274-2011 is the recommended chemical industry standard of China for extruders used in the manufacture of thermosetting powder coatings. It gives terms and definitions, specifications and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and the provisions for packaging, transport and storage. It covers single screw reciprocating pin extruders, including three-row and four-row kneading pin types, twin screw extruders and extruders of other constructions. It extends as well to the ancillary systems of these machines: feeding, metal pelletizing, heating and cooling, and lubrication pumping. The standard quotes GB/T 191, GB 2894, GB 4208, GB 5226.1, GB/T 15706.2, GB 16754, GB 23821, HG/T 2006-2006 and HG/T 3110, among others. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
