HG/T 4048-2016 is the English-translated version of 反应橙RW 200%（活性超级橙RW）.

HG/T 4048-2016 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for Reactive orange RW 200%, the concentrated dye also marketed as reactive super orange RW. It fixes the requirements for the product and prescribes sampling, test methods and inspection rules, along with the rules for marking, labelling, packaging, transport and storage. Its purpose is the quality control of the 200% strength grade of the dye. The test programme draws on GB/T 2374, GB/T 2381, GB/T 2386, GB/T 2387, GB/T 2390 and GB/T 2391 and on GB/T 3920, GB/T 3921, GB/T 3922 and GB/T 8427. It takes the place of the 2008 edition, HG/T 4048-2008. Issued on 5 April 2016, it has applied since 1 September 2016.
