HG/T 3686-2015 is the English-translated version of 轿车子午线轮胎第二段成型机.
HG/T 3686-2015 is a recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for the second stage building machine used to make radial passenger car tyres. It sets out terms and definitions, model designations and basic parameters, requirements, testing, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage for the machine. It covers second stage building machines for passenger car radial tyres produced by the two-stage method, and applies equally to second stage machines for light truck radial tyres built the same way. Among the standards quoted in its text are GB/T 191, GB 4208-2008, GB 5226.1-2008, GB/T 6326, GB/T 7932-2003, GB/T 8196-2003, GB/T 25937-2010, HG/T 3223 and HG/T 3228-2001. It replaces HG/T 3686-2000. Issued on 30 April 2015, it has applied since 1 October 2015.
