HG/T 3137-2011 is the English-translated version of 橡胶可塑性试验切片机技术条件.
HG/T 3137-2011 is the Chinese chemical industry standard that gives the technical specification for the cutting machine used to prepare specimens for rubber plasticity testing. It covers the structure of the cutter for cylindrical rubber specimens and lays down the requirements, the testing, the inspection rules, the marking and the packaging. It applies to slicers that cut cylindrical rubber specimens of 16 mm diameter and 10 mm height for plasticity tests, machines classed under G98 and ICS 71.120 and 83.200. The specification is used with HG/T 2382. It replaces HG/T 3137-1998. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
