HG/T 2799-2011 is the English-translated version of 吸引和低压排放石油液体用塑料软管及软管组合件 规范.
HG/T 2799-2011 is the Chinese chemical industry standard for plastics hoses and hose assemblies used in the suction and low-pressure discharge of petroleum liquids. It specifies two types of polymer-reinforced thermoplastic hose and hose assembly, intended for kerosene, heating oil, diesel fuel and lubricating oil over a temperature range of -10 °C to +45 °C. The text is an identical adoption of ISO 6808-1999. Its requirements rest on GB/T 5564-2006 and on a set of ISO methods, among them ISO 176-1976, ISO 188, ISO 471, ISO 527-3, ISO 868, ISO 1307, ISO 1402, ISO 1817, ISO 7233 and ISO 8031. It supersedes HG/T 2799-1996. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
