HG/T 2648-2011 is the English-translated version of 输送带滚筒摩擦试验机技术条件.
HG/T 2648-2011 is the Chinese chemical industry standard that describes conveyor belt drum friction testing machines. It fixes the structure of the machine, the requirements it has to satisfy, the test methods used on it, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. The machines concerned run a conveyor belt specimen against a drum in order to determine the drum friction of the belt and its flame resistance. Only two documents are cited, HG/T 2382 and the metrological regulation JJG 351. The 2011 text replaces HG/T 2648-1994. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
