1 Scope
This document specifies the general technical requirements for the remanufacturing of hydraulic valves.
This document applies to the remanufacturing of hydraulic valves that use hydraulic oil or other hydraulic fluids with equivalent performance as the working medium.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 17446 and GB /Z 181.1 apply to this document.
4 Hydraulic valve remanufacturing
4.1 General Rules
The general requirements for remanufactured hydraulic valves, as well as the marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of remanufactured hydraulic valves, shall comply with the provisions of GB /Z 181.1.
4.2 Preliminary Inspection and Evaluation
The recycled used hydraulic valves are subjected to preliminary inspection to assess whether they meet the requirements for remanufacturing.
4.3 Cleaning before disassembly
The cleaning of hydraulic valves before disassembly shall be carried out in accordance with GB /Z 181.1.
4.4 Disassembly
4.4.1 Develop a disassembly plan
Before disassembly, drain all residual oil from the hydraulic valves. Take appropriate measures to ensure safety during the draining process.
4.4.2
It is advisable to use a dedicated container to collect residual oil during the dismantling process.
4.4.3
Disassemble the hydraulic valve into the following smallest non-disassembly units according to the disassembly plan.
---Valve body components. valve body, end caps, and flanges, etc.;
---Valve cores. valve cores, valve sleeves, and valve seats, etc.;
---Seals. Various seals;
