1 Scope
This document specifies the general technical requirements for the remanufacturing of hydraulic cylinders.
This document applies to the remanufacturing of hydraulic cylinders that use hydraulic oil or other hydraulic fluids with equivalent performance as the working medium.

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 17446 and GB /Z 181.1 apply to this document.
4 Hydraulic cylinder remanufacturing
4.1 General Requirements
The process, general requirements, painting, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of hydraulic cylinder remanufacturing shall comply with the provisions of GB /Z 181.1.
4.2 Preliminary Inspection and Evaluation
4.2.1
Conduct a preliminary inspection of the recycled waste hydraulic cylinders to assess whether they meet the remanufacturing requirements.
4.2.2
Used hydraulic cylinders exhibiting any of the following defects should be discarded entirely or partially.
---Cylinder barrel rupture or cylinder expansion;
---The cylinder barrel is severely bent;
---Cracks in the cylinder barrel or piston rod base;
---The piston rod is broken or severely bent.
4.3 Cleaning before disassembly
The cleaning of hydraulic cylinders before disassembly shall be carried out in accordance with GB /Z 181.1.
