GB/Z 171-2026 is the English-translated version of 航空航天实心铆钉材料清单.

GB/Z 171-2026, identical to ISO/TR 12198:1998, is a reference list of the materials used for solid rivets in aerospace. The rivet materials are grouped by family, in separate clauses for aluminium alloys, corrosion-resistant steels, nickel-based alloys and titanium alloys, and within each family they are arranged by minimum shear stress. For every entry the tables give the material grade, the specification that governs it and the country or body of origin, setting European aerospace (EN) designations beside American, French, German and British equivalents, with earlier or alternative trade names shown in brackets. The document has no normative references and defines no terms. Its stated purpose is to serve as a reference when judging whether rivets made to different national specifications are interchangeable.
