Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted. This document replaces GB/T 14482-1993 "Mechanical Counter", compared with GB/T 14482-1993, except for structural adjustment and editorial In addition to the changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) In Chapter 1, "The corresponding mechanical transmission and display part of the energized mechanical timer can be used for reference";

b) Modified the definitions of the three terms "length counter", "transmission ratio" and "life", and added two terms "press counter" and "key" and definition;

c) The title of Chapter 4 has been added with "Model and Nomenclature, Structure Dimensions",

4.1 Product Classification has been added, Table 3 has been revised, and "two" has been added. Two main parameters, "bit" and "nine bits", modified the description of the model example, and deleted the content related to quality management that should not be included in the standard;

d) Combine the original standard color, shell, signage, appearance quality, etc. into

e) Revised some performance parameters in Table 4;

f) The description of counting life has been revised, and the original standard table 4 is replaced by a×10n-1 (2<=n<=9);

g) Added 6.1 "Atmospheric conditions of the test";

h) The test steps of the life test are simplified, and the relevant content of sampling is placed in Chapter 7;

i) The test methods for "low temperature", "high temperature" and "constant damp heat" are given respectively, and the upper limit of the temperature test is increased from 50°C to 60°C. The duration of the test was increased from 16h to 24h, and the duration of the constant damp heat test was increased from 10h to 24h;

j) Delete the visual inspection table in Table 7 and replace it with 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6;

1 Scope

GB/Z 14482-2022 is the Chinese national standard on mechanical counter, in the field of metrology and measurement. The /Z suffix marks it as a guiding technical document: it does not prescribe requirements that can be certified against, but sets out the technique, the method or the state of the art that the standards bodies recommend following. It was issued on 9 March 2022 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China. As a guiding technical document it carries no separate date of entry into force: it applies from publication. Classification: ICS 17.080, CCS N13. 3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 A device that drives a counting mechanism to count by mechanical action.

Note. Divided into wheel counting type and pointer counting type.

3.2 rotating counter rotatingcounter A device that counts the number of rotations of the drive shaft through a counting mechanism.

3.3 pulling counter pullingcounter A device that counts the number of times the pull rod is pulled through a counting mechanism.

3.4 A device that continuously measures the length by recording the rotation circumference of the measuring wheel by a counting mechanism.
