Scope

GB/T 9705-2008 is the English-translated version of 文书档案案卷格式.

GB/T 9705-2008 fixes the format of the file volumes in which Chinese administrative archives are kept.

It gives the structure and contents of hard-cover and soft-cover volumes: the 310 mm x 220 mm cover, the 70 mm folded tongues on the three outer sides of the back cover, spines of 10 mm, 15 mm or 20 mm and the acid-free 250 g kraft paper recommended for hard covers.

It lists the items printed on the cover - fonds name, category, docket title, dates, retention period, pieces, page count, archive number and reference - and how each one is filled in, with ten normative appendices for the layouts and sizes.

Archives offices at all levels use it. It replaces GB/T 9705-1988, was issued on 13 November 2008 and has applied since 1 May 2009.

Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 9705-1988 "archives files format." This standard and GB/T 9705-1988 compared to the main changes are as follows.

The overall layout and structure --- the standard by GB/T 1.1-2000 been modified;

--- Increasing the foreword;

--- Modify the front and back cover skin hard volume size, soft leather cover and back cover volume size, volume and box size Juanneimulu paper size;

--- Increasing the "archive Number" is hard volumes parchments ridge projects;

--- Adjustment Ref chapter projects, and increased fill requirements Ref chapter.

The Standard Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, Appendix D, Appendix E, Appendix F, Appendix G, Appendix H, Appendix I, Appendix J are normative appendix.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the structure and content of the basic methods archives files format.

This standard applies to the method according to Filing filing all kinds of archives (room) at all levels and sectors of our word processing.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

2.1 Archives

3.1 Hard roll Pigg formula

3.1.1 Hard Leather Dimensions Volume

Volume can be set as desired ridge respectively 10mm, 15mm, 20mm three kinds of thickness.

Roll-bound volume for the skin, the upper and lower side of the staple was stapled to each 20mm wide paper tongue (see Appendix A).

This standard is recommended to use acid-free 250g kraft paper production volume Docket hard skin.

3.1.2 Hard leather cover project volume

Cover projects include. Fonds name, category name, docket title, time, storage period, member, number of pages, archive number, Ref. Projects with Body position, size, see Appendix B.

3.1.3 Cover project fill method

3.1.3.1 Fonds Title

Fonds same name as the file is the name of the unit on. Fonds must fill in the full name or generic name abbreviation. Such as "the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Members will be "referred to as" the CPC Central Committee ";" People's Republic of China Ministry of Foreign Affairs "referred to as" foreign ministry ";" Hebei Provincial People's Government Personnel "referred to as "Personnel in Hebei Province." It shall not be referred to as "headquarters", the "Committee", "Personnel province" and so on.

3.1.3.2 Category Name

Category Category Name The name refers to the first stage in the Fonds classification scheme. Fonds should be in a uniform classification scheme, and shall keep the minutes Stability of the class system.

3.1.3.3 Docket Title

Docket Docket Title That title, usually by the person filing drafting. Docket title should accurately summarize this volume document issued by the main state organs, Yung language used. Text should seek concise, clear.
