1 Scope

This document stipulates the general principles, management and services of the libraries in comprehensive cultural stations in towns (streets).

This document applies to the management and services of the libraries of comprehensive cultural stations in towns (sub-districts).

The library shall follow this implementation.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 library in township (subdistrict) culture station

It is set up in the comprehensive cultural station of the town (street) and is open to the public free of charge. It collects and organizes literature information and provides inquiry, borrowing and A small public cultural institution that provides related services and carries out social education.

Note. Hereinafter referred to as “library”.

3.2 service population

The permanent population in the service area of the library of the township (street) comprehensive cultural station (3.1).

3.3 Main Library

In the county (district), coordinate some or all resources such as documents, manpower, funds, technology and management to comprehensively study and develop the comprehensive documents of towns (sub-districts).

The Chemical Station Library (3.1) is a county (district) library that provides resource allocation, service support and business guidance.

4 General

4.1 The library provides services based on the basic principles of public welfare, basic nature, equality and convenience.
