Scope

GB/T 9317-2012 is the English-translated version of 脉冲信号发生器通用规范.

GB/T 9317-2012 is the general specification for pulse signal generators.

It fixes the terminology, the product classification, the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transport and storage provisions, and defines the pulse, the double pulse, the pulse train, the burst pulse and pulse polarity; its test methods now also cover output channel delay, pulse level settling time and trigger delay.

The standard is meant as the technical basis for design, type approval, production, use and testing, and for writing product standards for these instruments. It does not apply to continuous or pulsed sine-wave signal generators, to television signal generators, function generators, arbitrary waveform generators or data generators.

It replaces GB/T 9317-1988 and GB/T 9318-1988, was issued on 31 December 2012 and has applied since 1 June 2013.

Foreword

This standard rule according to GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft.

This standard replaces GB/T 9317-1988 "pulse generator technical conditions", GB/T 9318-1988 "pulse generator test Test Methods. " This standard and GB/T 9317-1988 "pulse generator technical conditions", GB/T 9318-1988 "pulse generator test Method "compared to the main changes are as follows.

--- An increase of some terms and definitions;

--- Test method increases the output channel delay, pulse level stabilization time, trigger delay and other parameters.

The standard proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the pulse signal generator terminology, product classifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage Memory and so on.

This standard applies to the pulse generator, as a product design, the technical basis for the identification, production, use, testing, and also the development of the pulse signal Generator product standard basis.

This standard does not apply to a continuous or pulsed sinusoidal output signal generator television signal generator, function generator, arbitrary waveform Form generator, data generator.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Pulse signal

3.1.1 Pulse

A departure from the first state to reach the second rated rated state and eventually return to a first electrical signal nominal state.

3.1.2 Double pulse

Two pulses of the same polarity occurs within a waveform cycle, commonly referred to as "double pulse" with two pulse width can vary.

3.1.3 Pulse sequence streampulses

Continuously repeated series of pulse waveform.

3.1.4 Group Pulse burstpulse

The number of pulses occur within a period greater than 2 and limited pulse signal.

3.1.5 Pulse polarity

Described pulse waveform corresponding to two nominal state level the relationship between the waveform parameters, the first state rated higher than the second pulse is rated condition
