Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document is part 5 of GB/T 7679 "Mining Machinery Terminology". GB/T 7679 has been published in the following parts.

— Part 1: Mining equipment;

— Part 2: Loading equipment;

— Part 3: Lifting equipment;

— Part 4: Mining transport equipment;

— Part 5: Crushing and grinding equipment;

— Part 6: Mining screening equipment;

— Part 7: Washing equipment;

— Part 8: Roasting equipment.

This document replaces GB/T 7679.5-2003 "Mining machinery terminology Part 5: Crushing and grinding equipment" and GB/T 7679.5- Compared with 2003, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The architecture and arrangement level of crushing and grinding equipment have been changed;

b) The types of crushing methods have been changed (see 3.1.3, 2.1.3 of the 2003 edition);

c) The terms and definitions of particle size distribution have been changed (see 3.1.7, 2.1.7 of the 2003 edition);

d) Delete the terms and definitions of the specification (see 2.2.3.1, 2.3.2.3, 2.4.3.3, 2.5.2.1, 2.6.3.1, 2.7.3.1, 2.8.3.1, 2.9.2.1, 2.10.2.1, 2.11.2.1, 2.12.3.1, 2.13.3.1, 2.16.2.1, 2.17.2.1);

e) Added the terms and definitions of jaw crusher technical parameters and structure (see 3.2.3, 3.2.4);

f) The terms and definitions of the crossbeam have been changed (see 3.3.3.1, 2.3.3.1 of the 2003 edition);

g) The terminology of the moving cone has been changed (see 3.3.3.4, 2.3.3.4 of the 2003 edition);

h) The terminology and structural diagram of cone crusher classification have been changed (see 3.4.2, 2.4.2 of the 2003 edition);

i) The terminology of the upper frame has been changed (see 3.4.4.8, 2.4.4.8 of the 2003 edition);

j) The definition of processing capacity has been changed (see 3.5.2.5, 3.12.3.1, 2.5.2.6, 2.12.3.2 of the 2003 edition);

k) The definition and schematic diagram of double-roll crusher have been changed (see 3.6.2.2, 2003 edition 2.6.2.2);

l) The English terms for cylinders have been changed (see 3.10.3.4, 3.13.4.1, 3.20.4.1, and 2.10.3.4, 2.13.4.1, 2.20.4.1 of the 2003 edition);

m) The terminology of high pressure roller grinding mill has been changed (see 3.11.1, 2.11.1 of the 2003 edition);

n) Added the terms and definitions of semi-autogenous mill (see 3.13.2.6);

o) The English terminology for end covers has been changed (see 3.13.4.2, 2.13.4.2 of the 2003 edition);

p) The terminology of vertical roller mill has been changed (see 3.14.1, 2.14.1 of the 2003 edition);

q) The terminology of dynamic powder classifier has been changed (see 3.14.3.5, 2.14.3.5 of the 2003 edition);

r) The terms and definitions of bowl mill were changed (see 3.15, 2.15 of the 2003 edition);

s) The terminology of cement vertical mill has been changed (see 3.17.1, 2.17.1 of the 2003 edition);

t) The terminology of coarse powder separator has been changed (see 3.18.3.4, 2.18.3.4 of the 2003 edition);

u) Some inaccurate or incomplete definitions in the original standard have been revised.

GB/T 7679 "Mining Machinery Terminology" is based on the current situation of China's mining machinery industry.

A complete set of mining machinery industry terminology standards compiled based on international standards and foreign advanced standards.

It is one of the important basic industries that provides equipment for the mining and processing of materials, materials and fuels. It covers a wide range of areas and has a wide range of products.

The varieties are divided into the following parts.
