GB/T 33934-2017 is the Chinese national standard on the energy consumption index of hammer crushers for limestone. It gives the terms and definitions, the technical requirements, the test methods, the assessment of energy consumption and the energy consumption grades.
It applies to limestone hammer crushers of the PCD, PCK, PCKW, PCY and PC types.
It fixes the standard working conditions for each type, which is what makes the consumption figures comparable: for the PCD crusher a compressive strength of the feed of 120 MPa to 140 MPa, a bulk density of 1.6 t/m3, a moisture content of not more than 8 %, uniform feeding along the whole length of the rotor, a largest feed size not above 80 % of the maximum size the crusher admits, at least 95 % of the material finer than 25 mm and hammers without wear; for the PCK and PCKW crushers 100 MPa to 120 MPa, moisture not above 2 % and at least 85 % finer than 5 mm; for the PCY crusher 110 MPa to 120 MPa and at least 85 % finer than 80 mm; for the PC crusher 100 MPa to 120 MPa and at least 80 % finer than 5 mm.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of limestone hammer crusher energy consumption indicators, technical requirements, test methods, energy consumption assessment and energy Consumption level.
This standard applies to limestone hammer crusher, including PCD, PCK, PCKW, PCY and PC hammer crusher (hereinafter referred to as "Crusher").

GB/T 7679.5 Definitions and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 PCD hammer crusher standard working conditions
