Energy consumption index of slag cement vertical mill
1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, energy consumption assessment and energy consumption grade marking for slag cement vertical mill energy consumption indicators.
This document is applicable to the production of granulated blast furnace slag powder for cement, mortar and concrete.
Slag cement vertical mill (hereinafter referred to as vertical mill).

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 7679.5 and the following apply to this document.
3.1 Normal regime
The grindability index (Bond method) of the material to be ground is not more than 22 kW-h/t, the moisture content of the material entering the mill is not more than 18%, and the particle size of the material entering is not large.
The particle size of the product is less than 10 mm, the specific surface area of the product is not less than 4.200 cm2/g (Blaine method), and the residual moisture of the product is not more than 1% (mass fraction).
Note. The grindability index test as specified in GB/T 26567 stipulates that the mesh size of the finished sieve is 80 µm.
3.2 Energy consumption index
The ratio of the vertical mill's measured average power to its processing capacity under specified standard operating conditions.
Note. The unit is kilowatt-hour per ton (kW-h/t).
3.3 evaluating value of energy conservation
Under the test conditions specified in this document, the energy consumption index values required for energy-saving products are achieved.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 The design, manufacture and quality of vertical mill shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 10997.
4.2 Grinding material The quality of granulated blast furnace slag shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 203.
4.3 The quality of the produced granulated blast furnace slag powder shall not be lower than the S95 grade specified in GB/T 18046-2017.
