3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 15313-2008 define the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Warm-up time
Specific parameter index starting laser ignition timing from a given operating current, to meet product standards required (usually output power , Output power stability or spectral width) of the desired interval.
3.2 Ignition voltage
When the laser discharge tube ignition, the minimum required voltage between the electrodes.
3.3 Rated current
Laser output power to a current value of rated power.
3.4 Tube voltage drop voltagedrop
Laser at a given operating current, discharge voltage between the two electrodes.
3.5 Output power
In a predetermined pattern and a specified wavelength lasers at a given operating current at the output of the laser output power.
3.6 Beam displacement beammaximalexcursion
Within the specified time frame, the spot center of the largest off-axis angle.
