Scope

GB/T 7019-2024 is the English-translated version of 纤维水泥制品试验方法.

GB/T 7019-2024 specifies the test methods for fibre cement products: the flat sheets, corrugated sheets, pipes and mouldings made from cement reinforced with cellulose or synthetic fibre, used as cladding, lining, roofing and partitioning. Every property such a product is sold on is defined by a test in this document, and the properties are the ones that decide whether the material survives a facade: the dimensions and shape deviations, the appearance, the moisture content and the moisture, water absorption and apparent density and porosity that go with it, the impermeability, the drying shrinkage and wet expansion, which is what cracks a panel that is fixed too rigidly, the thickness swelling, the flexural strength and modulus of elasticity, the frost resistance, the impact strength, and the hot water and hot rain tests that stand in for years of weathering. The 2024 edition replaces GB/T 7019-2014. For a fibre cement producer, a facade contractor or a testing laboratory in China, this is the reference method behind every declared figure.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part

1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 7019-2014 "Test methods for fiber cement products". Compared with GB/T 7019-2014, in addition to the structural adjustment In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Some terms and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 2 of the.2014 edition);

b) Added test conditions (see Chapter 4);

c) The thickness measurement test method using the checkered plate drainage method has been changed (see 5.1.2.2.3, Chapter 4 of the.2014 edition);

d) The measurement method of thickness and thickness unevenness has been changed (see 5.1.2.4,

4.2.2.3 of the.2014 edition);

e) Added the test method for board warpage (see 5.1.2.9);

f) Added the test method for the appearance quality of flat panels (see 5.2);

g) The determination method of moisture content of flat plate has been changed (see 5.3.4.2, 5.3.4.3, Chapter 6 of the.2014 edition);

h) The determination method of shrinkage and swelling rate of flat plate has been changed; the specimen state is divided into two types. saturated state-dry state and set humidity range Status. (See 5.5, Chapter 8 of the.2014 edition);

i) Added the test method for the water absorption expansion rate of the flat plate thickness (see 5.6);

j) Added the test method for elastic modulus of the flat plate and adjusted the interval division of the thickness of the flexural strength test specimen (see 5.7,.2014 edition) Chapter 10 of);

k) The starting time point of the frost resistance test was changed, and the strength retention rate after freezing and thawing was added (see 5.8, Chapter 9 of the.2014 edition);

1 Scope

This document describes test methods for the properties of fiber cement products. This document applies to flat panels (fiber cement flat panels, fiber reinforced calcium silicate panels, perforated panels, etc.), corrugated tiles (including half-corrugated panels), ridge tiles, fiber cement panels, Performance test of fiber cement products such as mud pipes.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 16309 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Hot water performance A comparative method of testing product aging performance (mass loss, strength loss) by placing the product in hot water at a set temperature for a long time. test.

3.2 Heat-rain performance A test that simulates the durability of products under rain and sun cycles.

3.3 Soak-dry performance A comparative test to measure the aging performance of products under soak-dry cycles.

3.4 A test to measure the change in product appearance under high temperature-low temperature cycles.

3.5 The degree of thickness deformation of the specimen before and after water absorption. The thickness water absorption expansion rate is the ratio of the thickness increase after water absorption to the thickness before water absorption.
