1 Scope

GB/T 46824-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the floor deck that arrives with its reinforcement and its formwork already joined - laid, propped and concreted without the shuttering and stripping that a village builder has neither the equipment nor the labour to do properly. First edition, one of three rural housing standards issued together. Issued on 2 December 2025, it has been in force since 1 July 2026.

This document specifies the classification, designation, marking, general rules, requirements, and inspection regulations for cement-based, formwork-free reinforced steel truss floor slabs used in rural housing. The test methods are described, including marking, storage, and transportation. This document applies to the production and inspection of cement-based, formwork-free steel truss floor decks used in rural housing roof systems.
