Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 5862-2008 "General hydraulic quick-change couplings for agricultural tractors and implements".

Compared with GB/T 5862-2008, the main technical differences of this standard except for editorial changes are as follows.

--- Deleted the type classification of hydraulic quick-change couplings (see 4.1 in the.2008 edition);

--- Deleted the general requirements and their test methods and inspection rules (see Chapter 5.1, 6.1 and Chapter 7 of the.2008 edition);

--- Deleted performance requirements and their test methods and inspection rules (see 5.2, Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 of the.2008 edition);

---Added usage requirements (see 4.2);

---The installation position of the hydraulic quick-change coupling on the tractor has been increased (see Chapter 5);

---The logo, packaging and storage have been deleted (see Chapter 8 of the.2008 edition).

This standard uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 5675.2008 "General hydraulic quick-change couplings for agricultural tractors and machinery".

Compared with ISO 5675.2008, there are technical differences between this standard and the clauses related to these differences have been passed in the margins on the outer side.

The set vertical single line (|) is marked.

The technical differences between this standard and ISO 5675.2008 and the reasons are as follows.

--- Regarding normative reference documents, this standard has made adjustments with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments.

The situation is collectively reflected in Chapter 2 "Normative Reference Documents", and the specific adjustments are as follows.

* Replace ISO 7241-1.1987 with GB/T 5860-2003 equivalent to the international standard (see 4.1, 4.2.1 and 4.2.6);

* Replace ISO 7241-2.2000 with GB/T 5861-2003 equivalent to the international standard (see 4.2.2, 4.2.4, 4.2.5,

1 Scope

This standard specifies the hydraulic quick couplings defined in GB/T 5860 that transmit hydraulic power from agricultural tractors to agricultural implements.

Main connection dimensions and work requirements.

This standard applies to quick-change couplings (hereinafter referred to as quick-change couplings) for hydraulic pipelines other than brake pipelines (see GB/T 25399).

Note. All quick-change couplings need to be frequently connected and disconnected so that the implements can be connected to different tractors without the use of tools or special devices.

It has a socket for inserting the male connector.

A connector that can be inserted and locked in the socket of the female connector.

Note 2.The quick-change coupling specified in GB/T 5860-2003 is not exactly the same as the quick-change coupling specified in this standard.
