Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document is modified to adopt ISO 10448:2021 "Hydraulic pressure for agricultural tractor implements".

The technical differences between this document and ISO 10448:2021, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.

---ISO 5675 has been replaced by the normatively referenced GB/T 5862, and ISO/OECD 789-10 has been replaced by GB/T 3871.18.

GB/T 1593 replaces ISO 730 (see Chapter 4) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and increase operability;

---The hydraulic pressure requirements for Category 0 rear-mounted three-point suspension devices have been added (see Table 1), in accordance with GB/T 1593.

The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

---GB/T 2878.1 replaces ISO 6149-1, and GB/T 2878.2 replaces ISO 6149-2, which are used for informational reference.

1 Scope

This document specifies the pressure characteristics of the hydraulic output device of agricultural tractors connected to implements, to meet the requirements of those equipped with cylinders and other hydraulic devices.

Interchangeable use of various types of machinery and equipment.

This document applies to agricultural tractors with interchangeable implements.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Hydraulic connector for couplerpair Installed on agricultural tractors and connected to the hydraulic system, the paired female and male connectors specified in GB/T 5862 are allowed.

The oil can flow from one joint to another.

The steady-state hydraulic pressure difference between the two hydraulic coupling pairs on the implement that are connected to the tractor.

maximum pressure

The maximum steady-state hydraulic pressure on any male connector connected to the hydraulic coupling pair.

In a hydraulic system that can return oil through a connector, the maximum steady-state hydraulic pressure on the male connector of the return oil circuit.

The maximum steady-state hydraulic pressure at the male connector where the oil flows directly back to the oil tank.
