1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of sweet potato puree test, sampling, sample preparation, determination and calculation of results.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

4 stick sample

Sampling according to GB 5491 implementation. The samples taken should be representative and should not be damaged or deteriorated during transport and storage.

5 sample preparation

Remove the impurities in the sample to get a net sample of sweet potato chips.

6 assay

7 result calculation

The sweet potato puree rate according to formula (1) Calculated.
