Scope
GB/T 4751-2016 is the English-translated version of 户用沼气池质量检查验收规范.
GB/T 4751-2016 specifies the content, the methods and the requirements for inspecting and accepting the construction quality of household biogas digesters built from cast-in-place concrete, precast reinforced concrete panels, engineering plastics, glass fibre reinforced plastics and other materials, and clause 1 adds that it applies to the quality inspection and acceptance of digesters designed to GB/T 4750 and built to GB/T 4752.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 4750, GB/T 4752, GB 50203 on the acceptance of masonry structure construction quality and JGJ/T 70 on test methods for the basic performance of building mortar, among others; several entries in the list are printed without their numbers.
The document then works through the materials used to build the pool, earthwork, template works, concrete works, brick masonry and prefabricated board works, the cement seal test, an inspection of the coating seal whose clause number the directory does not print, the acceptance and test methods for the overall construction quality and sealing performance, and the acceptance of the completed project; six tables carry the allowable deviations for pit excavation, cast-in-place template installation, cast-in-place concrete digesters and bricks, plus a construction record form and an acceptance registration form.
The earthwork clause shows the level of detail: the design value of the bearing capacity of the pit foundation shall be not less than 50 kPa and is checked against the construction records, backfill shall be tamped to a mass density of 1.8 g/cm3, written as (1.8 +/- 0.03) g/cm3 and verified by inspection of the construction records and by soil sampling at two points per pool, and Table 1 sets the allowable deviations for the excavation diameter, elevation, verticality and surface flatness together with the measuring instrument and the number of check points for each.
The foreword states that this standard, GB/T 4750-2016, GB/T 4752-2016 and a proposed standard on the operation and maintenance of household biogas digesters together form the series of national standards covering their design, construction, acceptance and operation.
It also records the changes from the 2002 edition: the normative references were adjusted, the number of test points for the allowable deviation of cast-in-place template installation was modified, the pressure method test was cancelled, sealing performance test requirements and methods were added for commercial digesters of engineering plastics and glass fibre reinforced plastics, and a household biogas digester construction record was added to the acceptance of the completed project.
The standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Education Division of the Ministry of Agriculture and is held by the National Biogas Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC515).
It replaces GB/T 4751-2002, was issued on October 13, 2016 and has applied since May 1, 2017.

Foreword
This standard and GB/T 4750-2016 and GB/T 4752-2016 and the proposed "household biogas digesters operation and maintenance norms" together Constitute a household biogas digesters design, construction, acceptance, operation of the series of national standards.
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard instead of GB/T 4751-2002 "Household biogas digesters quality inspection acceptance". This standard and GB/T 4751-2002 phase The main changes are as follows.
- Adjusted normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2002 edition);
- modified the number of test points for the allowable deviation of the cast-in-place template installation (see 5.3, 5.3 of 2002);
--- canceled the "pressure method" test (2002 version 10.2.2);
--- increase the engineering plastics, glass fiber reinforced plastics and other commercial biogas digesters sealing performance testing requirements and methods (see 10.4);
- the completion of the overall project acceptance, an increase of "household biogas digesters construction record" (see 11.2).
1 Scope
This standard specifies the use of biogas digesters in concrete cast-in-place, reinforced concrete precast panels, engineering plastics and glass fiber reinforced plastics and other materials Material construction and construction of concrete sealed pool construction quality inspection and acceptance of the content, methods and requirements.
This standard applies to GB/T 4750 design and construction of GB/T 4752 biogas digesters quality inspection and acceptance.

3 Build pool material
3.1 Acceptance of cement inspection shall comply with the provisions of GB 175.
3.2 Sand inspection and acceptance should be consistent with the provisions of JGJ 52.
4 Earthwork
4.1 biogas pond pond foundation bearing capacity design value of not less than 50kPa. Inspection method. check the construction records.
4.2 backfill should be tamponized, the mass density value required to reach 1.8g/cm3, the deviation is not greater than (1.8 ± 0.03) g/cm3.
