This document aims to reduce the risks of pathogen infection in animal experiments, with a focus on biosafety control. Currently, my country's biosafety... Relevant national standards include GB 19489 "General Requirements for Laboratory Biosafety" and GB 50346 "Technical Specifications for Biosafety Laboratory Buildings". Standards such as GB/T 35823 "General Requirements for Laboratory Animal Experiments" mainly address laboratory management, laboratory building facilities, and laboratory animals. While general requirements are set, there are currently no technical guidelines for biosafety control throughout the entire process, from pre-experiment preparation and experimental operations to experimental waste disposal. There is an urgent need to develop national standards that guide the development of technical standards for biosafety control throughout the entire process of animal experiments involving pathogen infection. This document focuses on the biosafety control of animal experiments involving pathogen infection, comprehensively reviewing the biosafety aspects of experimental procedures. This document identifies key risk points and proposes preventative measures for these risks. It not only provides guidance for each operational step in animal experiments involving pathogen infection, but also addresses these risks. How to provide comprehensive technical guidance for preventing biosafety risks, prevent and control potential hazards, and provide support for subsequent actions after a hazard occurs? Provide scientific advice for effective handling. Biosafety Control Technical Specifications for Animal Experiments with Pathogen Infection
