1 Scope

GB/T 47162-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the door in a cleanroom wall - flush and cleanable with no ledges, sealing tightly enough to hold the pressure cascade between rooms, and interlocked where two doors form an airlock. First edition, in force since 1 September 2026, with the cleanroom microvibration standard GB/T 47506-2026. It was issued on 27 February 2026 and has been in force since 1 September 2026, as a first edition. The document is under the responsibility of the Standardization Administration of China. This document defines the terminology for cleanroom doors, and specifies their classification, general requirements, technical requirements, inspection rules, markings, accompanying documentation, and packaging. The loading, transportation, and storage of the equipment are described, along with the corresponding testing methods. This document applies to the design, manufacture, and testing of cleanroom doors. This document does not apply to floor spring doors, folding doors, double-acting swing doors, fire doors, security doors, cold storage doors, explosion-proof doors, radiation-proof doors, etc. Doors with special protection requirements.
