1 Scope

GB/T 47103-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering paving products assessed as green - the recycled and industrial by-product content, the binder, the permeability where it is a sponge-city product, the durability that decides how often the pavement is rebuilt, and the emissions of making it. First edition, with GB/T 47630-2026 on permeable paving test methods. It was issued on 28 January 2026 and has been in force since 1 August 2026, as a first edition. The document is under the responsibility of the China Building Materials Federation. This document specifies the evaluation requirements for green products used in road construction and describes the evaluation methods. This document applies to concrete paving bricks, sintered paving bricks, permeable paving bricks and permeable pavement panels, tactile guide bricks, and concrete curbs.
