3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21365, GB/T 28913 and GB/T 39050, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

3.1 Digital skills

Learners' ability to comprehensively apply digital technologies.

Note. This includes information and data literacy, communication and collaboration skills, digital content creation skills, digital security skills, and digital technology problem-solving skills.

3.2

Aiming at digital life application scenarios such as smart homes, digital payments, smart mobility, and healthcare, this course aims to improve learners' digital skills and device usage.

Activities that enhance skills and cognitive levels in areas such as digital public service participation.

Note. This includes digital acquisition capabilities, digital expression capabilities, digital communication capabilities, digital consumption capabilities, and digital security capabilities.

3.3

Activities aimed at the working class to enhance learners' willingness to use digital tools, improve their application skills, and strengthen their collaborative abilities.

Note. This includes digital production capabilities, digital service capabilities, digital management capabilities, digital job-seeking capabilities, and digital entrepreneurship capabilities.

Activities aimed at meeting the lifelong digital learning needs of the entire population and improving learners' skills and understanding of digital learning.
