A series of activities and processes carried out by information technology, characterized by the separation of time and space, with interactive learning activities as the core.
Examples. satellite, computer, multimedia, network technology, mobile technology, artificial intelligence technology.
3.2 Distancelearningserviceprovider
Organizations that provide distance education services (3.1).

3.3 Learner
Individuals receiving distance education services (3.1).
