GB/T 46226-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the moulded rubber clamp that ties a 10 kV insulated conductor into an insulator groove — the rubber cover over a reinforcing liner and the stainless or galvanised fasteners, the top groove and side groove versions, the marking that carries conductor diameter and insulator neck diameter so the right part reaches the pole, the hardness, tensile and tear properties, and the hot air ageing, ozone, ultraviolet and salt spray tests. First edition, under the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. In force from 1 March 2026. Issued on 29 August 2025, it has been in force since 1 March 2026.

1 Scope

This document specifies the structure, classification, marking, and technical requirements of rubber assemblies for fixing overhead insulated conductors (hereinafter referred to as "rubber assemblies").

Inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage; describes the test methods for rubber components.

This document applies to the production and inspection of rubber assemblies for overhead insulated conductors of 10kV and below.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

A composite material fastener for securing overhead insulated conductors (hereinafter referred to as "conductors") to insulators using bolt fastening.

Note. Use "BL" to represent it.

3.2

The method of fixing the conductor to the top groove of the insulator on the straight pole. Note. Represented by "D".

3.3 4 Structure, Classification and Labelling

The method of fixing the conductor to the side groove of the insulator on the straight pole. Note. Represented by "C".

4 Structure, Classification and Labelling

4.1 Structure

The rubber assembly consists of rubber parts with rubber cover and reinforcing liner, and fasteners.

4.2 Classification

According to the fixing location, it is divided into top groove fixing and side groove fixing, as shown in Figure 1.

phid2 --- Inner diameter of the conductor fixing ring;

4.3 Marking

Rubber components should be marked in the following order. Product Name Code - Document Number - Specifications;

The specifications include. parameters of the fixing part - conductor outer diameter - matching insulator neck diameter - composite material (F).

Example. For distribution network conductors with an outer diameter of 26.6mm, matching insulator neck diameter of 73mm, and fixed by bolt-type rubber assembly with top-groove fixing, marked.

The standard is: BL-GB/T 46226-D-26-73-F.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 Dimensions and Tolerancing

The dimensions and permissible deviations of the rubber components shall conform to the provisions of Tables 1 and 2.
