Scope

GB/T 46115-2025 is the English-translated version of 粮油机械　打麦机.

GB/T 46115-2025 is the Chinese national standard for the wheat scourer, the machine that scours the surface of wheat grain during cleaning.

It defines the terminology, fixes the model designation and basic parameters, and sets the technical requirements, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements, with the matching test methods.

Performance is judged on the arithmetic difference between the ash content of the wheat entering the machine and that of the wheat leaving it, measured under GB 5009.4 with sampling to GB/T 5491.

The general requirements on machining, welding, castings, plate parts, assembly, coating and packaging come from the GB/T 24854 to GB/T 25218 group and from LS/T 3501.

It applies to scourers used in the wheat cleaning process. It was issued on 29 August 2025 and has applied since 1 March 2026.

1 Scope

This document defines the terminology and specifications for wheat threshing machines, and specifies the model, basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and transportation. The storage requirements and corresponding test methods are described.

This document applies to threshing machines used in the wheat cleaning process.
