1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements for the storage and transportation of solid recycled fuels used by cement kilns.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document.
3.1 Solid recovered fuel
Fuel derived from non-hazardous solid waste generated during production and daily life, prepared through single or combined processes, such as pre-treatment, impurity removal, crushing, screening, sorting, and molding, etc. When burned in a cement kiln system or auxiliary combustion equipment, it can provide heat energy for cement clinker production.
4 General Requirements
4.1 Organizations engaged in the storage and transportation of solid recycled fuels shall obtain the corresponding registration.
4.2 Organizations engaged in the storage and transportation of solid recycled fuels shall
establish storage and transportation operation procedures, personnel training, safety management, and pollution prevention measures in accordance with GB/T 19001, GB/T 24001 and GB/T 45001; where safety and hygiene are involved, the requirements of GB/T 12801 and GBZ 1 shall be met.
4.3 Organizations engaged in the storage and transportation of solid recycled fuels shall prepare emergency plans, including but not limited to fire safety emergency plans, production safety accident emergency plans, and extreme weather emergency plans.
4.4 During the storage and transportation of solid recycled fuels, the fuels shall be classified in accordance with their sources (industrial solid waste, domestic waste, construction waste, agricultural solid waste, and other solid waste) and application sites, and corresponding markings shall be affixed.
4.5 During the storage and transportation of solid recycled fuels, basic information, such as classification code, producer’s name, exit-factory serial number, net content, mode of transport, means of transport, transport organization, and approach time shall be recorded and archived.
4.6 Professional personnel shall regularly inspect and maintain the instruments and equipment
related to the storage and transportation of solid recycled fuels and promptly handle any abnormalities; regularly inspect and replace safety, emergency response, and other protective facilities and equipment.
