1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements, production scale, organization and management, equipment and site, safety, environmental protection, energy saving, etc. for the production of tire retread products. Technical conditions.

This document is applicable to the retreading of pneumatic passenger car tires, truck tires and engineering machinery tires.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 6326 apply to this document.

4 Production technical conditions

4.1 Basic requirements for tire retreading production

4.1.1 Tire retreading production shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 26732.

4.1.2 The quality of retreaded tire products shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 7037, GB/T 14646 or GB/T 45291.

4.1.3 There should be complete and feasible production technical documents for tire retreading.

4.1.4 Employees in different positions should undergo corresponding job training.

4.2 Production scale

The production capacity design of retread tire enterprises should be adapted to the recycling volume of retread tires.

4.3 Organization and Management

4.3.1 Tire retreading enterprises shall establish and operate quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management systems.
