GB/T 7037-2025Retreaded tyres for trucks and buses (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 7037-2007 "Truck Retreaded Tires". Compared with GB/T 7037-2007, except for the structural adjustment and In addition to logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

— Added some provisions for the sidewall marking of retreaded tires (see 4.1.1, 4.1.1 of the 2007 edition);

— Changed the requirements for the sidewall and shoulder of the pre-vulcanized tread retread method, and added the relevant provisions on the production date of the retreaded tire (see 4.1.2, 4.1.2 of the 2007 edition);

— Modified some requirements for the puncture damage limit of retreadable radial truck tires (see Table 1 and Table 2, 2007 Edition Table 1 and Table 2);

— Changed the relevant provisions on the inflation pressure of the carcass for inspection before and after retreading (see 4.2.2 and 4.3.1, 4.2.2 of the 2007 edition and 4.3.1);

— Added the requirements for relevant technical documents in the outer edge dimension requirements (see 4.5);

— Changed the relevant provisions on the markings on retreaded tires (see 6.2, 6.2 of the 2007 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods and markings for retreaded truck tyres.

This document applies to the retreading of pneumatic truck tyres.
