Scope
GB/T 44710-2024 is the English-translated version of 化工园区中试基地建设导则.
GB/T 44710-2024 is the Chinese national standard covering the pilot base where a chemical process is scaled up between laboratory and plant — the site selection and the external distance that keeps a trial reactor away from what a park has already built around it, the layout with its roads and pipe corridors, the zoning into management, pilot, auxiliary and storage areas, the public works, the safety, environmental and fire provisions, and the reuse or scrapping of a unit. A pilot unit runs chemistry that is not yet proven at a scale that already reaches its neighbours. First edition, in force from 1 May 2025. Issued on 26 October 2024, it has been in force since 1 May 2025.
