1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, measurement items, records and files for measuring yak production performance, and describes the corresponding measurement methods.
This document is applicable to the determination of yak production performance.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Milkingyield
The weight of milk artificially squeezed out of a cow after it has been induced to lactate.

4.1 Facilities, Equipment and Utensils
4.1.1 Facilities and Equipment
The following facilities and equipment should be equipped for measuring yak production performance.
a) Facilities. at least including measurement racks and measurement channels;
b) Equipment. at least weighing equipment, meat pH meter, texture analyzer, sperm motility tester, sperm density tester, milk composition Analyzer.
4.1.2 Tools
Measuring tools for measuring yak production performance should be provided, including at least measuring rods, measuring tapes, soft rulers, and transparent grid cards.
4.2 Test subjects
It should conform to the breed characteristics, grow and develop well, and have no genetic defects.
