Scope
GB/T 42139-2022 is the English-translated version of 个人健康设备信息交互模型.
GB/T 42139-2022 is the Chinese national information interaction model for personal health devices. It establishes the model architecture, the modelling rules and the modelling tables, and gives the attribute names and descriptions for three families of device: vital-sign, athletic and environmental.
For each family the contents list a device static object set and a device dynamic object set, with a personal health record object set and a database information object set for the vital-sign and athletic families.
Informative appendices work the model through a pulse oximeter and describe further devices, among them basic 1 to 3 channel electrocardiographs, blood pressure monitors, thermometers, scales, blood glucose meters, INR detectors, body composition analysers, peak expiratory flow monitors, urine analysers and continuous glucose monitors. Issued on 30 December 2022, it has applied since 1 July 2023.

1 Scope
This document establishes the information interaction model architecture of personal health equipment, modeling rules and modeling tables for various types of personal health equipment, and specifies Attribute names, attribute descriptions, and modeling rules for vital-sign, athletic, and environmental personal health devices.
This document is applicable to personal health device manufacturers and device software developers in the context of medical diagnosis or optimized care services Health equipment development.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 30269.2-2013, GB/T 42123-2022 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Confirm
The application completes the notification service mechanism.
Note: For the event reporting service (data level), the confirmation allows the personal health device to know when the health information management terminal is responsible for receiving a piece of data, so that Personal health devices can delete this piece of data. For running, getting, and setting services (control plane), confirm that health information management terminals are allowed to know personal When the Human Health Device has completed the requested transaction.
3.2 Metric
Model different objects to describe their properties.
3.3 Object
A unit that represents some function or item of equipment.
Note: Metric objects represent measurements (such as blood pressure, weight, or temperature), medical device objects represent devices, and persistent storage objects represent personal health data stored on the device.
As a persistent storage mechanism, Scanner objects represent control and reporting mechanisms.
